Since April 2021 I have been a Trainee Sales Designer for Ashford Kitchens and Interiors - a family run business who specialises in the design, installation, and full project management of various interior projects.

Whilst design of beautiful kitchens, bedrooms and home offices is a large part of my job, the fundamental aspect is the direct interaction with customers and guiding them through the design and sales process.  During my time as a Trainee Sales Designer I have had the opportunity to work alongside and collaborate with many different suppliers.  Some of which include the following:

On top of this, during my industrial placement year at university, I worked as a Design and Sales Assistant for Anthony Mullan Furniture - a bespoke furniture company who focuses on design, manufacture and installation of bespoke furniture needs.

 

I worked as a Design and Sales Assistant to 3 senior designers, where I used CAD to prepare drawings for presentation, technical and production purposes, as well as creating visuals for customer presentations.
